Our Work
Wipro Cares work with an NGO called Each One Teach One (EOTO) that aims at providing a strong educational foundation,
with the required integrated support, to equip the children for a better future. Our engagement is with needy children from Municipal Schools in Mumbai.
This engagement through EOTO supports 50 children of the Vile Parle Municipal School

Details
Children who benefit from the programs of Each One Teach One (EOTO) take on the responsibility of tutoring other children. The team of volunteers at the organization includes part time teachers for extra-coaching, centre-in-charge and social worker. It also includes a team of experts and psycho-educationists.
Regular meetings with the staff help in taking stock of the situation and making appropriate changes. Parents and community are also involved at regular intervals. Preparation of nutritional snacks could be slowly handed over to the parents. Quarterly progress report is prepared. The ex-students after completing their education still continue to be associated with the project.
Some of them contribute financially to the organization by becoming sponsors whereas some work as volunteers for the activities of Each One Teach One.
Diwali vacation and summer vacation programs are mainly organized with the help of ex-students. Ex-students Association organizes various development programs and input sessions for all the ex-students.
